1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Retail Plus Bangkok is a personal blog and a shopping site for men and women. It’s an online resource for small businesses, fashion and a shopping destination in one.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER
- All of or products are 100% brand new and are inspected for quality.
- Our products are competitively priced and the price upon checkout is final.
- Our products are shipped directly from our supplier’s factory or store. Please note that due to inevitable differences in picture settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
- Sizes and measurements stated are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible.
- While we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed. We will notify you as soon as possible should the item you have ordered be unavailable and you can choose to replace or have your payment refunded.
You may pay for our services using PayPal. When providing credit card information, the credit card must be your own. If the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the account holder to use their card for your transactions.
Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to your local police department and a credit bureau, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.
4. DISCOUNTS, SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Retail Plus may offer discounts and/or promotions from time to time. Discount, sales and/or promotional offers and prices are only applicable when checking out while the offer is still valid. Time restrictions will be stated where applicable. We reserve the right to amend, extend or terminate these offers at an earlier date without prior notice.
Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.
Deliveries are available for those wishing to use a PO Box address. Please check that your rental agreement includes signed-for/registered items. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages products should be filed by you with the shipper.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
An e-mail confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
7. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. Please keep this e-mail as a reference as it will also include your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.
8. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Items may sell fast and may easily run out of stock. Please understand that stock supplies are beyond our control. In case your order is out of stock, we give you two options:
- Order an alternative item
- Refund of payment
9. SHIPPING TIME, DELAYS & INSURANCE
Shipping time varies depending on the destination and environmental/external factors. We will not be liable in the rare case of loss, mis-delivery, non-delivery, damages arising in transit and factors beyond our control. Delivery cannot be guaranteed on a specific time of the day, and we are not responsible for any situation arising from the delay. Insurance is optional and up to the customer. This will compensate if your item has been lost or damaged through shipping. Please contact us prior to shipping if you wish to insure your items.
10. INTERNATIONAL TAXES, CUSTOMS AND EXCISE DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Retail Plus is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary as a result of Customs clearance.
11. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS WITH DISCREPANCY
The items in our store are not breakable and you can be assured that before we ship out your items, we inspect them thoroughly and many times.
We give you a summary of your order prior to shipping to confirm the details of your purchase. If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 2 days from receiving the product.
We do not accept returned merchandise but we accept exchange under the following conditions only:
- Wrong shoe size or dress size was shipped to you (for example, you are size 6 but shipped item was size 7)
- Wrong shoe model or dress style was shipped to you (for example, you ordered Bikila but shipped item was Komodosport)
- Wrong shoe color or dress color was shipped to you (for example, you ordered a blue dress but shipped item is a red one)
- When the wrong item has been sent (wrong color, wrong model, wrong size) it will be exchanged and will be reshipped to you for free via Standard Shipping (Registered Air Mail).
For exchanges, the below conditions apply:
- We replace the item and ship it back free of charge but the item must be in its original pristine condition – clean, unused with tags attached and with box (if applicable). The item/s will be examined when this is shipped back to us. If we find that the item has been used or damaged, we will promptly ship the item back to you at your cost.
- In case of shoe sizes, if the shoe doesn’t fit you but the item delivered to you is the exact same size you have submitted to us, it cannot be exchanged. Please confirm your shoe size prior to submitting your order.
The manufacturers/suppliers make sure that the products we carry and sell are in quality condition, and/or non-hazardous when used and cared for properly. You agree to indemnify Retail Plus against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of these products.
We reserve the right to change any/all of the contents of the shop, including prices, products, promotions, pre-order closing dates, shipping schedules, and terms and conditions immediately and/or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any given time.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated above.

Additionally, you represent to us that you are not otherwise considered to be under a disability to enter into a contract with us, whether it be because of an embargo in or against your jurisdiction or any other reason.
